The best way for me to start desiging your space is to ask a lot of questions How do you use the Room? What look are you going for? Or if you're not sure...what don't you like? The key to any design is to create a "flow" throughout the home I like to start by taking a fresh creative look at what you already have. Its amazing how you can completely change a room by rearranging what's already there. Then by adding a few new pieces you can transform a room that's "ok" & into a room you love! Rearranging furniture can redefine spaces by creating multiple settings in one room or mix & matching to create a coordinated style to various rooms Then there's paint. Paint is the least expensive way to change the look, style & feel of a room. Faux painting can add depth without the limitations of wall paper. Painting independent accent walls can tie in the whole home. Or a subtle & gradual pallette change that coordinates various rooms but gives a unique look & feel to each. Then we prioritize what we want to add to fit into the budget you want to spend. I design both small & large projects from basic repainting to renovation projects. I like to challenge clients to entertain ideas out of the box within each unique clients' comfort level. I love to provide a variety of concepts without overwhelming clients with too many choices. Again that just depends on each unique client. |
